Carpano Vermouth Antica Formula

Carpano Antica Formula is a renowned sweet vermouth from Italy, praised for its rich and complex flavor profile. Originating from a recipe developed by Antonio Benedetto Carpano in 1786, this vermouth is produced using white wines from selected Italian grape varieties and a mix of botanicals including vanilla from Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Tahiti, high-quality saffron from Iran, and wormwood from the Piedmont and Aosta Valley in Italy.

The production process involves both hot infusion and cold extraction techniques to draw out the flavors from the botanicals, which are then refined over several months to enhance their aromatic intensity.
